The Projectorquest delivery policy is designed to help you understand what to anticipate with delivery of your order. We understand that in many instances, when you receive your order is imperative for a meeting, service, performance or event. That is why we attempt to provide you with an esitimated arrival date. However, since stock issues can arise and we are dependent on carriers for delivery, there may be instances where delivery is delayed, so we have outlined below how many of the more common delivery issues are handled. Please know that by purchasing from our website, you agree to our Delivery Policy.
Out of Stock
We strive to maintain accurate inventory of our items. However, since we sell through multiple channels and cannot anticipate the size of the next order for an item, we may be unable to ship your order as expected. If we are unable to meet the expected delivery date, we will promptly notify you by email of your options.
Weather Delays
If your order is delayed due to weather or anything outside the carrier’s control, then the carrier will normally provide us with updates and a new ETA, once known, which we will then share with you. Carriers normally do not provide a refund when a delayed shipment is beyond their control.
Non Delivery
We provide address validation at checkout to prevent a bad address. Customers must also inform us if a particular carrier does not deliver to their address. If the carrier is unable to deliver to the address provided, then the package will either be returned or held by the carrier. This will delay delivery and the customer may incur additional shipping costs.

Delivery Time
We understand the importance of knowing when your order will arrive. Therefore, we provide a delivery timeframe and EDD (estimated delivery date) for each item sold on our website. Projectorquest provides this information to help you have a good idea of when you can expect to receive your order. While most all EDDs are normally met, there are uncontrollable factors involved in the delivery time of your order. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee when you order will be delivered and cannot be held liable if it does not arrive on time.
Tracking
Tracking is provided by email once your order ships. You can track the progress of your order in real-time in your account on our site. Additionally, email notifications will be sent to you whenever the carrier provides an update on the progress of your package. You will also be notified when your order is delivered. If the carrier provides an update regarding any delays or issues while your order is in transit, including a revised delivery date, you will be notified by email. Please also note that if tracking information for your order changes, you will be updated by email.
Carrier Selection
Projectorquest works with a number of carriers. You may be able to select a particular carrier at checkout. Projectorquest has the right to choose which carrier delivers your order, including changing the carrier you requested, if we believe another carrier can deliver your order on time or sooner than the selected carrier. If a carrier does not deliver to your address, it is important you note it on your order to prevent any possible delays or non-delivery. Please know that for some addresses, such as PO Boxes and APO addresses, USPS delivery is the only option.
Shipping Fees
The customer is responsible for any fees imposed by the carrier or government associated with the delivery of an item, such as shipping costs, tariffs, taxes, Customs, etc. For US customers, if it is determined we shipped the wrong item or the item was damaged in transit or the item is being returned under warranty, Projectorquest normally pays for the return shipping. If the return is for any other reason or if you reside outside of the US, the customer may need to pay for the return shipping.
Shipping Methods
Projectorquest will make every effort to ship your order using your selected shipping method. However, if that shipping method is unavailable for your address, we reserve the right to select the best available shipping method to attempt delivery of your order by the expected delivery date or as close to it as possible. Projectorquest is not liable if delivery does not occur by the expected date or within the timeframe provided on the website, either using the requested shipping method and carrier or the best alternative available at the time of fulfillment.
Direct From The Manufacturer
If you order an item where delivery is Direct From The Manufacturer, then the manufacturer chooses the carrier or carriers used for delivery of the item to you. The manufacturer will provide us with tracking, which we will share with you, as soon as the item ships. Projectorquest is not liable for any delays that may occur with items shipped directly from the manufacturer. We provide an estimated delivery date or timeframe based on the information provided to us by the manufacturer. Any updates the manufacturer provides us related to the delivery of your item will be shared with you by email.
Special Order Items
If the item you purchase is Special Order, then it ships directly to you from the manufacturer. This will be displayed in the description for these items. Special Order items may be stocked by the manufacturer or the item may need to first be produced before it can be shipped. If the item is in stock, it normally ships within a few days after we place your order with the manufacturer. If it needs to be produced, shipment is dependent on the manufacturer’s production schedule. these factors will determine the delivery date of your item. Updates will be emailed to you by us whenever provided by the manufacturer.
Order On Hold
Delay in delivery may occur due to an order being placed on hold. An order may be placed on hold at the discretion of Projectorquest. Reasons may include but are not limited to: payment not received, incorrect payment amount, bad address, phone number or email address provided, awaiting documentation such as a signed PO, reseller certificate or tax exemption form, required signature, and potential fraud inspection. Orders are held until the customer provides the requested information. Once the hold is lifted, if necessary, a revised ETA will be provided to the customer by email.
Expected Date of Delivery
Projectorquest provides an Expected Date of Delivery (EDD) for each item when possible. This EDD may be a date or a timeframe. The EDD is an estimate based on several factors. The vast majority of the time, delivery of your package occurs by the EDD shown. However, Projectorquest does not guarantee the EDD and cannot be held liable if delivery of your order does not occur by the EDD provided on our site. All carriers also do not guarantee any EDD they provide. Therefore, know we will do everything within our power to ensure the timely delivery of your order, but there is no guarantee.
Shipping Days
Projectorquest ships during regular business hours, Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM ET, excluding all holidays. Shipping will resume on the next business day for orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday. For express delivery, a countdown clock is provided for same day shipping cutoff. Once this clock expires, express shipping will resume on the next business day. If express shipping for Saturday delivery is available, it will be displayed as an option after the Thursday express shipping cutoff until the Friday express shipping cutoff.
International Delivery
Deliveries to customers outside the US may be subject to carrier and government fees, duties, taxes and tariffs. If applicable, Delivery may be delayed until these fees are paid. The customer is responsible for payment of these costs. Therefore, we recommend you please confirm what duty charges are applicable with the carrier prior to ordering. For deliveries to Canada, the Canadian government will assess duty fees to your purchase to be paid via courier at delivery. Delivery may also be delayed if the package is held up in Customs. Projectorquest is not liable for delayed delivery to any foreign country.
Delivery Confirmation
Once the carrier reports your order as delivered, responsibility of the package transfers from the carrier to you. If you report the package as not delivered when the carrier has confirmed delivery, please check the address thoroughly, ask every at the location if they saw or took the package. Please also check with your delivery person and local dispatch facility. If the item is stolen or lost, we will open a claim with the carrier, but normally compensation is not provided for this loss since you are responsible for the package once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
