Shipping Policies
The item will ship on the date shown in its product offering, unless the order is placed on hold due to a payment or shipping address issue. All orders placed after business hours, on the weekend or on a holiday, are shipped the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after purchase. Orders may be delayed if there is an issue processing your payment or obtaining a valid shipping address. You will be promptly notified by email if this occurs. If we learn an item is backordered from the manufacturer after your order is placed, we will notify you by email with the updated shipping date, allowing you to cancel your order for that item up until our last day of business before that date.
Shipment of your purchase will be insured and well packaged and we will provide a tracking confirmation number to you by email upon shipment. If the shipping address provided at checkout does not match the carrier’s information, then the order may be held until a valid address can be obtained.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, cashier’s check, check or money order, cash, wire transfer or ACH deposit. In instances of payment by check or money order, shipment will be held up to 10 business days until payment clears. If payment is by credit card or PayPal, then the order should be shipped to an address associated with the credit card or account being used. Address verification and card security code matching will be confirmed for every order. Therefore, if the shipping address or card security code does not match the bank’s information, the order will be held until verification of the correct information can be made with the customer and bank.
New York State residents are required to pay 8% sales tax, which will be shown at checkout, unless proof of tax exemption is provided. Where ‘Tax Exempt’ is selected at checkout and tax is applied to the order, the customer will be notified by email, after the order is placed, as to how to submit their proof of tax exemption to have tax removed from the order total or refunded.
Canadian customers are able to use the USPS for shipping. All payments must be made in US currency. Please note the Canadian government will assess duty fees to your purchase to be paid via courier at delivery. We do not have control and we are not responsible for any custom duty fees, should they be assessed, as they are the sole responsibility of the importer (purchaser). Please confirm what duty charges are applicable with the carrier prior to ordering. Orders shipped to Canada may be returned under the return policy and product warranties. However, return shipping from Canada must be paid by the customer and shipping charges paid for orders shipped to Canada are non-refundable.
