Purchase Orders

On a limited basis, we accept orders placed on Purchase Order for educational institutions and government agencies where this is required. Your organization will need to be approved for Net Terms. Once approved, simply select the “Purchase Order” option at checkout and email us the signed PO to prevent delay of fulfilling your order.

Check | ACH | Wire

If you select payment by check/cash/money order/ACH/wire transfer, we will email you payment instructions after placing your order. If payment is made by check or money order, there is a 10-day clearing hold before your order will ship. If you pay by cash/ACH/wire transfer, your order normally ships within 1-3 business days.

If your educational institution would like to obtain 30-day net terms, please contact us at sales@projectorquest.com. You will need to complete an application, along with a vetting process to verify the information provided. We normally only extend terms to schools, government agencies and long-term resellers. If an order is placed by an organization with terms, a signed PO must be received via email or fax prior to the order being shipped.

 In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after you’ve placed an order, we will notify you promptly. You will be given the option to choose a replacement item, wait for the product to be back in stock, or receive a refund for the out-of-stock item.
