Product Warranties

Most of the products sold on this site include a free, manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not cover failure due to misuse or acts of God. The manufacturer warrants that its products sold on this site are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the term of the Product Warranty offered at the time of purchase. The Product Warranty term commences on the day the item is shipped and ends at midnight on the last day of the term. Items returned under warranty for replacement or refund must be received properly through our RMA guidelines no later than the last day of the warranty term.


All items are guaranteed to be working upon arrival to the customer. IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM FOR REPLACEMENT, REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT WITHOUT FIRST GAINING AUTHORIZATION FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT, YOU RISK VOID OF WARRANTY, REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.

Items reported as non-working within the manufacturer’s warranty period must be returned to with a copy of the approved RMA in the shipment. Once the RMA is approved, an electronic return shipping label will be sent to the customer’s email address.

The buyer is responsible for proper shipping of the product for replacement or refund. ITEMS RETURNED DAMAGED VOIDS ALL WARRANTY. Upon receipt, items will be inspected for serial number, total hours usage, and tampering or misuse. DISASSEMBLY OR OTHERWISE TAMPERING WITH THE PRODUCT VOIDS ALL WARRANTY. If the unit is physically damaged due to customer abuse or neglect or the unit otherwise does not meet the requirements of the exchange policy, appropriate replacement charges may apply. No replacement charges will be assessed for items received in accordance with our return and warranty policies, where the original packaging is in good condition and free of any markings. Items that pass inspection will be exchanged or refunded. Product replacement or exchange is subject to availability. exchange service ensures that you will be shipped a replacement product direct from the manufacturer, once they have received, inspected and approved the item for return, depending on product availability and your proper adherence to return policies. If the product is out-of-stock or backordered, you will be notified promptly by email with an ETA. More immediate exchanges can be made with the purchase of a new lamp of the same model if it is in stock at the point of contact, where a credit will be applied to your account for the full amount of the returned item, upon receipt of the exchanged lamp in proper condition as noted above. reserves the right to test all returned products, and to charge the customer up to a 35% restocking fee, as well as the cost for all additional shipping charges, for products returned as defective that have no problem found. A refund will ONLY be given through a credit to the original credit card number or PayPal account used in the purchase or a check to the original customer’s business name, or name if not purchased by a business.

For international customers, returns from any country outside the US are accepted, but the customer must pay for return shipping under all circumstances. If a credit or refund is requested as a result of any returned order that was shipped internationally, international shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, as these charges are a pass-through cost to the carrier.
